TIME TO START:

Stage 4: Masters are neck and neck!

This morning the sky in Głuszyca was shrouded in clouds. Fortunately, the closer the start, the better weather was. The fourth day was to be the day of revenge Darek Poroś. Without any hesitation an with help of his teammate  Michał Antosz, he started the attacks from the get-go. The MTB VOTUM ORBEA TEAM WROCŁAW riders gained some time over the rest of the group. Their rivals, however, showed a lot of calm, as they knew there will be time to close the gap on this long day on the track. After yesterday's chase and today's attack Poroś didn't have quite enough fuel in the tank to keep ahead. The de Boeck and the Langer (the eventual winner of the stage)  managed to catch the Pole and gain more time over him. The leader Robby de Boeck is now 9'38" ahead of Dariusz Poroś, who sits second with 26 minutes over Rasmussen from Denmark.

Status in ladies and teams open classifications. After yesterday's bad luck Belgians from TNN Meets WMTB they are back on top with another stage win. Aneta Imielska of Mitsubishi Materials MTB Team - probably the most composed rider of this year Challenge gets another win and gain more time over her GC rivals.

We haven't mentioned that before, but the biggest fight goes on in Team Masters 100 category. Sudety Rallye Team and Nutrixxion Flachau go head to head each day. Today the Czechs were only 20 seconds faster then their Austrian-German rivals. This means that before the last stage, after 16 hours of racing, the time gap between these two teams is only 5 seconds! While it can be said that other categories are already more or less certain of the podium composition, the Masters 100 will fight to the last breath! That's the spirit that we love!
